Twilio Voice was degraded for 2 hours between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM Pacific Time on 02/02/2026. During this period of time customers may have experienced Call quality issue from subscribers in Canada and United states of America via a subset of Long codes. The issue has now been resolved.
