SMS Delivery failures to and from Twilio Platform

Twilio platform was degraded for ~75 minutes between 08:30 and 09:45 UTC on 09/30/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced SMS failures from and to Twilio Platform. The issue has now been resolved.
