Twilio Messaging Insights was degraded for 430 minutes between 15:20 Pacific Time on 09/18/2024 and 22:30 Pacific Time on 09/18/2024. During this period of time customers may have seen stale data in Messaging Insights when querying for data in this time range. The issue has now been resolved.
