Inbound calls to Twilio phone numbers were degraded for 3 hours and 18 minutes between 18:46 and 22:04 Pacific Time on 10/06/2024. During this period of time, customers may have experienced inbound call failure to a subset of Thailand phone numbers. The issue has now been resolved.
