A subset of customers in Europe experienced issue with live transcription and call summary in ZCC

Resolved

Between 06/09 07:14 UTC and 16:03 UTC, a subset of customers in the Europe region using live transcription and call summary experienced a blank response when selecting English(UK) in the ZCC flow entry point. We have identified and resolved the issue.
