We have resolved the issue with a subset of customers experiencing an issue with Zoom Virtual Agent. We will continue to monitor and provide updates as we have them.

If a customer retrained and published an intent between 1:00 11/16/2024 and 17:00 11/18/2024 UTC, please make changes to the intent (e.g. remove/add training phrases) and then retrain, republish the intent.
