We have resolved an intermittent issue with “Ask AIC” features that require a lookup to the internet failing and an additional issue regarding the AIC enabled meetings where the "Catch me up" function was returning an error. A fix has been implemented and we will continue to monitor and provide updates as we have them.

We continue to identify and investigate the intermittent issue with “Ask AIC” features that require a lookup to the internet failing. We will continue to provide updates as we have them. We are now experiencing an additional issue regarding the AIC enabled meetings and investigating it as well, where the "Catch me up" function in AIC is returning error - “Apologize for the inconvenience, but it seems that the service has timed out”.
