Our engineers are continuing to work on a fix for the high impact bug with Flex UI 2.15. Flex customers should avoid upgrading to Flex UI 2.15 until resolved. We expect to provide another update in 16 hours, or as soon as more information becomes available.
From 2025-11-25 19:25 UTC until 2025-12-11 00:23 UTC, a small subset of inbound calls from carriers sending invalid STIR/SHAKEN PASSporTs were erroneously rejected. These calls should have been accepted and completed with a 32021 (warning), but due to a software bug they were instead classified as 32020 (error) and blocked. The issue has been mitigated and inbound calls with invalid PASSporTs are now processed normally.
We are no longer experiencing message delivery reports to T-Mobile Network in Poland. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio Verify was degraded for 45 minutes between 08:00 to 08:45 PT. During this period of time customer might have experience message delivery error reports sending to AT&T network in the USA using Twilio Short codes. The issue has now been resolved
