Twilio SMS was impacted between 11:14 PM PT 01-01-2025 and 05:52 AM PT 01-02-2025. During this period, customers may have experienced SMS Delivery Delays and Delivery Failures to Tigo Networks in Honduras. The issue has now been resolved.

Twilio SMS was impacted for 54 minutes between 12:20 PM PT 01-02-2025 and 01:14 PM PT 01-02-2025. During this period, customers may have experienced SMS Delivery Failures to Lonestar Network in Liberia. The issue has now been resolved.
