From 20:45 - 20:47 and 20:59 - 21:01 UTC, customers using Twilio APIs may have seen an unexpected increase in 503 errors. We have investigated and monitored recovery and we are no longer seeing 503 errors on Twilio APIs.

Twilio Programmable Voice, Messaging, Video, PSTN Connectivity and Webhooks were degraded for 46 minutes between 07:34 and 08:20 Pacific Time on 11/12/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced poor audio and potential dropped calls and delay in response times. The issue has now been resolved.
