We have fully investigated the API errors on the transcript retrieval issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
From around 01:42 UTC to 01:52 UTC, customers using the Conversations SDK and Sync SDK may have experienced temporary delays in real-time updates on subscribed SDK objects. The issue has been mitigated and real-time updates to SDKs have been restored.
Twilio customers using the Twilio Help Center without a paid support plan were unable to contact support through ticket submission since approximately April 1, 2025 at 4:00 PM PST. Paid support and Personalized support customers were unaffected. This issue was resolved on April 1, 2025 at approximately 12:00 PM PST.
