Between 4:43 PM and 5:10 PM UTC on 06/30/2025, customers may have encountered 404 errors when querying the messaging logs API for recently sent messages. The issue has since been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing delays with WhatsApp outbound and inbound messages. This incident is resolved.

We have fully investigated the DynamoDB throttling requests issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.

We have fully investigated the SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Telefonica O2 network in Germany, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
