A small subset of US Shortcodes experienced service degradation for approximately 210 minutes between 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM Pacific Time on July 28, 2025. During this time, some customers may have encountered outbound message failures. The issue has since been fully resolved.

The issue affecting intermittent AccSec-T-Mobile API Errors has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.
