We are no longer experiencing one-way audio Issue for conference calls. This incident has been resolved.

We have fully investigated the one-way audio issue and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Vodafone network in Australia via a Subset of Longcodes. This incident has been resolved.

On June 5, 2025 between 12:12 PM and 12:58 PM PST, customers using Conversational Messages may have seen an increase in failed messages due to Invalid Validity Period, resulting in Twilio error code 21624 for SMS messages or error code 90007 for other messaging channels. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays to small US carriers in US over subset of short code. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing increased message filtering (30007 error) and delivery issues in the United States towards Verizon Wireless. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing MMS delivery failures in the United States via toll-free and long codes. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery report delays to Telstra in Australia. This incident has been resolved.
