We have fully investigated the issue with Campaign Suspension without Customer Outreach issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.

Twilio SMS was degraded for 290 minutes between 02:50 PST and 07:40 Pacific Time on 01/17/2025. During this period of time, customers may have experienced SMS delivery delays to the Orange network in Congo. The issue has now been resolved.

The issue affecting calls to Twilio Jamaica phone numbers has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.
