Template creation was degraded for 5 hours and 17 minutes between 09:01AM and 02:18PM Pacific Time on January 16th/2025. During this period of time, customers experienced 400 errors while trying to create templates through Console Builder UI. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery report delays when sending messages to TIM Network in Brazil. This incident has been resolved.

The problem with Access New Account Creation and MFA Reset Pages in Console has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

Our Engineering team has determined that this issue does not have a major impact for customers and will be continuing to investigate and remediate the full root cause. If customers experience errors, we recommend that they try to clear cookies and retry to log in.
