We experienced an SMS delivery issue for 2 hours between 08:50AM and 10:50AM Pacific Time on 11/06/2024. During this period of time, customers may have experienced delivery failures to multiple networks in Spain for a subset of Twilio numbers. The issue has now been resolved.
The issue causing the duplicate charges has been resolved and short-code payments are operating normally at this time. This incident has been resolved.
Twilio Event Streams subscriptions were degraded for 1 hour and 10 minutes between 05:38AM and 06:48AM Pacific Time on 11/06/2024. During this period of time, newly created subscriptions did not start to receive events until 06:48AM Pacific Time. The issue has now been resolved.
