We are no longer seeing SMS delivery delays to Tigo Network in Honduras. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing delays in receiving message delivery reports when sending to Multiple Networks in the US for a Subset of Short Codes. This incident has been resolved.

The incident has been resolved. All pending events with the exception of ~1.82% have been processed. Most of which is likely to be duplicates. The system is back to normal. All customers should be able to access the previously missing data via the API and the UI.

SMS Delivery Delays to AT&T Network, this was degraded for 17 minutes between 11:33 AM and 11:50 AM Pacific Time on 10/08/2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced SMS Delivery Delays to AT&T Network. The issue has now been resolved.
