Twilio Lookup API Degraded Performance was degraded 01/15/2026, 08:37:00 PM UTC and 01/16/2026, 03:06:00 PM UTC. During this period of time customers may have experienced 1% of Lookup API V1 and Lookup API V2 increase in 404 errors. The issue has now been resolved.

A small portion of outbound calls placed around 9:35 pm UTC on Tuesday, January 13th were signed with a degraded attestation level, Gateway Attestation (C). Calls were not blocked, and the issue has now been resolved.
