The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded for 2 minutes on September 12, 2024 between 8:24am PST and 8:26am PST. During this period of time, customers may have received 5xx's in API responses when sending a message. This issue has now been resolved.
The issue that was affecting inbound call failures to a subset of Twilio Portugal phone numbers has been resolved. The service is functioning normally at this time.
