API errors toward multiple networks in multiple countries has been resolved and the Lookup API is operating normally at this time.

We have identified that this incident has the same root cause as another open incident resulting in SMS delivery delays in the United States, and are resolving this duplicate.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Gamma Telecom Network in the United Kingdom. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to multiple networks in Colombia in a subset of long codes. This incident has been resolved.

We are now observing full recovery with Lookup v2 that was resulting in high latency responses for requests in some countries. The issue has been resolved and the service is functioning normally at this time.

We are no longer experiencing call failures from TIM Network Subscribers in Brazil to a Subset of Twilio Phone Numbers. This incident has been resolved.

The issue affecting a small subset of calls that may have completed without STIR/SHAKEN signature has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.
