The issue affecting voice calls and dialling when placing calls to Verizon in the United States has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

A small portion of outbound calls placed around 9:35 pm UTC on Tuesday, January 13th were signed with a degraded attestation level, Gateway Attestation (C). Calls were not blocked, and the issue has now been resolved.

We have fully investigated the issue with Twilio Verify Webhooks, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
