We are no longer experiencing delivery delays from network subscribers to a subset of Twilio phone numbers in Australia. This incident has been resolved.

The issue affecting inbound voice call failures for a subset of Twilio phone numbers in El Salvador has been resolved, and the service is currently functioning normally.

We have fully investigated the “503 error” when accessing Twilio Console issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages via subset of short code numbers to Multiple Networks in the United States of America. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Evatis Network in Djibouti. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending from SFR Network in France via Subset of Shortcodes. This incident has been resolved.
