The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded for 1 minute on Nov 18th, 2025 between 12:35:00 PST and 12:36:00 PST. During this period of time, customers sending a message may have received elevated volumes of 5xx's in API responses. This issue has now been resolved.

The problem affecting a potential issue with certain porting hosting actions generating 500 errors where customers were unable to create ports via the legacy porting experience in Console has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue for Conversations dropped Outbound Messages due to MsgSend Latency. The issue has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

The incident causing intermittent problems for Twilio and SendGrid users attempting to login has been resolved, and the service is now functioning normally.
