From 17:50 to 20:17 UTC some Zoom services were impacted by an incident experienced by one of our cloud providers.
The impact to Zoom services was as follows :-
From 17:50 to 18:30 UTC users attempting to use the web to login, signup, reset their password, use Zoom scheduler or register for a webinar may have experienced an error in completing the reCAPTCHA challenge. From 17:50 to 18:30 UTC users in Canada, Australia, the EU, Singapore and the US may have been unable to playback meeting recordings. From 17:38 to 19:15 UTC users using Google Workspace may have been unable to schedule or update Zoom meeting links in calendar invites. From 17:52 to 20:17 UTC users may have been unable to stream meetings to YouTube. From 17:59 to 20:18 UTC users may have been unable to access the Zoom Support voicebot.

Between 06/09 07:14 UTC and 16:03 UTC, a subset of customers in the Europe region using live transcription and call summary experienced a blank response when selecting English(UK) in the ZCC flow entry point. We have identified and resolved the issue.

Between 06/7/2025 04:05 UTC to 4:50 UTC - Users may have experienced issues accessing Workforce Management after logging into the Zoom client. Our engineering team identified and mitigated the issue, and the incident has now been resolved.
Between 6/4/2025 3:37 UTC to 3:54 UTC, a subset of users in the Saudi Arabia region may have experienced intermittent login issues on the Zoom client. Our engineering team promptly mitigated the issue, and the incident has since been resolved.
On 05/31/2025 10:33 UTC to 10:59 UTC, a subset of users in US may have experienced Inbound & Outbound call failures with Zoom Phone. We have fixed this issue and the incident has been resolved.
Between 05/30/2025, 1:00 UTC and 2:00 UTC, a subset of users might have experienced intermittent timeouts in some of the Zoom AI Companion’s services in Japan region. This incident has been resolved and the affected services have been restored.
