Between 2025-08-15 17:46 UTC to 2025-08-17 10:05 UTC, a subset of users in the Saudi Arabia region may have experienced intermittent issues with Zoom Phone while trying to perform non peer to peer calls. Our engineers have implemented mitigation measures, and the incident is now resolved.
