On 06/17/2024, between 14:10 UTC and 15:10 UTC, customers may have experienced a slow response joining meetings and experienced an issue with our EPIC, MS Teams and LTI integration services. This issue has been resolved.
Issue with ZVA Admin Portal Access
On 06/17/24 between 15:10 to 16:00 UTC, we identified a problem with ZVA that affected customers' access to AI Management in the admin portal. The Chatbot service was not impacted during this time. This issue has been fixed.
