We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Claro Network in Brazil. This incident has been resolved.

The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded for 3 minutes between April 1, 9:01 PST and 9:04 PST. Customers sending a MMS message may receive 5xx's in API responses during this time. This issue has now been resolved.

We have fully investigated the dead air calls and increased 404s issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

We are no longer experiencing MMS delivery failures to Verizon Wireless in United States of America via a Subset of Shortcodes. This incident has been resolved.

We have fully investigated the 503s from TaskRouter issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.
