We experienced SMS delivery failures to Japan for a subset of messages sent via the domestic gateway between 7 November 2025, 14:00 UTC and 9 November 2025, 22:59 UTC. This incident has been resolved, and message delivery to Japan via the domestic gateway is now operating normally.

After deep investigation, we have identified that there was no impact associated with this incident, for that reason we are marking this as invalid and resolving the Statuspage.
Twilio Voice API was degraded for 10 minutes minutes between 10:41 and 10:51 Pacific Time on 11/7/2025. During this period of time, customers may have experienced failures when attempting to stop recordings and modify call APIs, which prevented users from managing active call sessions. The issue has now been resolved.
