We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to Orange/Sonatel network subscribers in Senegal. This incident has been resolved.

The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery from Twilio to Claro network subscribers in Chile is operating normally.

The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery from Twilio to Globe network subscribers in the Philippines is operating normally.

The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery from a subset of Twilio Phone Numbers to multiple networks in multiple countries, including Egypt, Trinidad and Tobago, Suriname, and Somalia is operating normally.

We have fully investigated the SMS Delivery Failures in Mongolia issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

Issue with Flex Insights - Playback failing for external recordings has been resolved and Flex is operating normally at this time.

The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery from Twilio to Softbank network subscribers in Japan is operating normally.
