The incident has been resolved and voice calls from a subset of Twilio Mobile Numbers to Movistar network subscribers in Argentina are operating normally.

The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery from a subset of Twilio Short Codes to C-Spire and Dish network subscribers in the United States is operating normally.

Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed that the issue with Suppression Blocks List Data Inconsistencies has been resolved.  The previous impact where a subset of requests from certain regions may not have received timely updates on Block suppressions has been resolved for the SendGrid UI dashboard and for the API.  All services are now operating normally at this time.

The issue affecting S/S, CNAM, and Voice Integrity for phone numbers on sub-accounts has been successfully resolved. We have monitored the systems and confirmed that all services have returned to normal operation. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience.

We have fully investigated the issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.
