Twilio Silent Network Auth (SNA) experienced a degradation for 2 hours 30 minutes between 7 May, 10:10AM to 12:40PM PST. During this window, customers experienced failed SNA transactions for a subset of their traffic on Indonesian carriers. This issue has now been resolved.
We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Zamtel in Zambia, Mcel in Mozambique, Tigo in Senegal and Sudani One in Sudan. This incident has been resolved.
Our engineers have identified US 10DLC numbers experienced delays in A2P provisioning and de-provisioning. The carrier has resolved the issue, and 10DLC provisioning is no longer experiencing delays.
