We have fully investigated the Inbound Call Failures From a Subset of Twilio's Numbers in Finland issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
We observed recovery starting around 08:00 Pacific Time, and IMSI switching by impacted SIMs have stopped. Customers that had their SIM cards change IMSI may remain on the alternative IMSI for up to 24 hours before it switches back. At this time, engineers are monitoring recovery. Any further updates will be posted to the KORE status page. https://korewireless.service-now.com/csm?id=service_status&service=cb4ae2ca479f0610ab11f92c016d43f1#current_status_degradation
