We are no longer experiencing messages in Korean, Arabic, and Spanish languages showing question marks in place of special accent characters for these languages when sending SMS to T-Mobile, Verizon and small networks in the US via subset of shortcodes. This incident has been resolved.
Customers may have faced issues with retrieving and updating Phone Number configurations for 26 minutes between 01:35 and 02:01 Pacific Time on 04/09/2025. The issue has now been resolved.
Twilio SMS was degraded for 6 minutes between 12:25 and 12:31 Pacific Time on 04/09/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced SMS delivery failures and delays to Cingular Wireless AT&T in the US Over a subset of longcodes. The issue has now been resolved.
