We are no longer seeing call failures from Canadian Network Subscribers to a subset of Twilio's Toll Free Numbers. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delay and failures to HI3G Network in Denmark. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer seeing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to H3G network in Sweden. This incident has been resolved.

Earlier today our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with AccSec - UK EE API Errors. Our engineering team has resolved the issue and there is no further impact.

We are no longer experiencing MMS delivery to AT&T and Verizon Network for a subset of Long codes. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio customers may have experience 5xx errors while trying to purchase international phone numbers with an approved primary customer profile. This impact was visible from 3/13 to 3/17. This issue was identified by our team and resolved on 3/18. There is no current impact to purchasing international numbers.

Any customer who has Gather widget and had English (United States) as the gather_language were noticing higher number of 13331 errors. Studio was fully functional during that time and customer functionality was not impacted. Issue has been resolved.

We are no longer seeing the call quality issues to a subset of Twilio phone numbers in UK. This incident has been resolved.

The issue affecting inbound calls to Twilio Toll-free Numbers from Canadian Phone Numbers has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.
