We are no longer experiencing MMS delivery to AT&T and Verizon Network for a subset of Long codes. This incident has been resolved.
Twilio customers may have experience 5xx errors while trying to purchase international phone numbers with an approved primary customer profile. This impact was visible from 3/13 to 3/17. This issue was identified by our team and resolved on 3/18. There is no current impact to purchasing international numbers.
Any customer who has Gather widget and had English (United States) as the gather_language were noticing higher number of 13331 errors. Studio was fully functional during that time and customer functionality was not impacted. Issue has been resolved.
