We have fully investigated the SMS delivery failures to multiple networks in Japan for a subset of long codes and it was determined that the impact was limited, Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue and updates are posted in the Twilio Status Page.

Our monitoring systems do not detect any errors from our third party emergency services provider. We are no longer experiencing failures for emergency address registration/unregistration.

The infrastructure powering Flex Teams View had temporary network issues. The impact window was 14:30-15:25 UTC. Flex customers may have experienced issues/slowness on realtime updates for Flex Teams View.
