Sender ID Applications for Australia submitted via the New Sender ID Application experience were degraded from 05/07/2025 14:19 PDT to 05/12/2025 14:41:53 PDT. During this period of time, some customers who opted to use this new experience to apply for Sender IDs in Australia were unable to complete their submissions when. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery report delays when sending messages to Verizon Wireless in United States of America. This incident has been resolved.

We have fully investigated the Sender ID issue triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.

From 10:00 PM PT on May 11, 2025 until 8:58 AM PT on May 12, 2025, customers may have sporadically received errors when attempting to access lists of recordings from the List Recordings endpoint. This issue has been resolved.
