The Twilio Console is now operating normally after being reverted to a safe state and customers will be correctly redirected to continue with creating their account.

The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded for 1 minute between 05:01 to 05:02 Pacific Time on 03/17/2025. During this period of time, customers sending messages may have received 5xx's in API responses or experienced brief delays (less than 15 seconds) with message sending. The issue has now been resolved.

During investigation by our engineers, message delivery to the AWN/AIS Networks in Thailand is confirmed to be operating as expected due to the routing of international long code numbers to numeric Sender IDs required. Pre-registration of Alphanumeric Sender ID is suggested to optimize delivery. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing issues where outbound WhatsApp messages with media are not being delivered with error 63021. This incident has been resolved.

We've become aware of a potential issue with Whatsapp where messages are not delivered with error 63021. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
