The issue where the "Friendly Name" within the SendGrid Console could not be edited and displayed the default friendly name has been resolved. SendGrid console is now operating normally at this time.

Gather speech using Google was degraded for 19 minutes 1:36 pm PST and 1:55 pm Pacific Time on 09/09/2025. Twilio accounts may not have been be able to capture speech using . The issue has now been resolved.
