We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays to Google voice in United States of America via subset of shortcodes. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing MMS delivery delays when sending messages to the AT&T Network in the US. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to DigiMobil (Movistar) in Spain. This incident has been resolved.

Between 01:30 AM PT until 12:34 PM PT today, concatenated SMS traffic towards US Cellular for a subset of short codes was inadvertently affected after work was performed by the mobile operator. Some messages may have arrived garbled. In order to mitigate the issue, the concatenation feature was disabled on traffic towards US Cellular, for impacted shortcodes. We are actively working with US Cellular to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, so concatenation can be re-enabled.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures to the AT&T Network in the US from a subset of long codes. This incident has been resolved.
