We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when when sending messages to Telekom in South Africa 655-02. This incident has been resolved.

This incident has been resolved. Email deliveries for both Verify and Flex Messaging is operating normally.

We are no longer experiencing voice quality Issues from Canadian Network Subscribers to a Subset of Twilio's Numbers. This incident has been resolved.

The issue causing intermittent errors in the Lookup API for Reassigned Number packages has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

Twilio Voice Insights for customers homed in IE1 was degraded for 8 hours and 40 minutes between 11:30pm and 8:10am Pacific Time between 04/21/2025 and 04/22/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced delays in the availability of Voice Insights Call Summaries. The issue has now been resolved.

There was no impact to Voice Insights customers homed in US1 and AU1.

We are no longer experiencing MMS/SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Onvoy spectrum Mobile network in the US via a subset of short codes. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures to and from AT&T Network in United States of America. This incident has been resolved.
