We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to the Tune Talk Network in Malaysia. This incident has been resolved.

The issue affecting intermittent SNA failure for US AT&T has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

During the 2-minute (1:18 UTC - 1:20 UTC) window, customers were not able to Query Flex Insights Reporting data for their reporting purposes.

During the timeframe from 23:15 UTC to 23:38 UTC on 2/11, 1% of Conversations API requests were unable to be processed. This included, but was not limited to, the creation of new Conversations, sending Messages, and adding Participants to Conversations.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery from a subset of Twilio Long Codes to AT&T in US and Canada. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures to Nuevatel Network in Bolivia. This incident has been resolved.

Audio quality with Voice calls from Network Subscribers to a subset of Twilio landline numbers in Colombia is now operating normally. This issue is now resolved.
