We have fully investigated the issue affecting the links for the Trust Hub in the Twilio Console, triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.

The issue has been resolved and A2P 10DLC line provisioning is operating normally at this time.
