Twilio MMS and OTT messages were degraded for 8 minutes between 1:31 p.m. and 1:38 p.m. Pacific Time on January 30, 2025. During this time approximately 110k message requests errored with "5xx". The issue has now been resolved.

Twilio Programmable Messaging Logs was degraded for 13 minutes between 03:59 and 04:12 Pacific Time on 01/30/2025. During this period of time Messaging Logs functionality in the Console and in the API was degraded. The issue has now been resolved.
