Twilio Voice was degraded between 07:36 and 15:40 Pacific Time on 07/07/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced call dialing delays to multiple carriers in Egypt. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing delivery report delays when sending to T-Mobile Network in the Netherlands. This incident has been resolved.

The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded for 13 minutes on July 8, 2025 between 10:42 PST and 10:55 PST. During this period of time, customers may have received elevated volumes of 5xx's in API responses. This issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Digi Mobil in Italy. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio Voice API was degraded for 14 minutes between 09:28 and 09:42 Pacific Time on 07/08/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced increased HTTP 500s when making GET requests to the Programmable Voice Calls API endpoints for completed calls. Call creation and in-progress calls were not affected. The issue has now been resolved.
