We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays to multiple networks in India via subset of short codes. This incident has been resolved.

We have fully investigated the SMS delivery delays to multiple network in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

High latencies for loading insights dashboards has been resolved and Messaging Insights Dashboard is operating normally at this time.
