Twilio AccSec API was degraded for 3 hours and 24 minutes between 08:25 and 11:49 Pacific Time on 07/30/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced API latency to US. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing delivery report delays when sending messages to multiple networks in Argentina via subset of shortcodes. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Drillisch 1&1 network in Germany. This incident has been resolved.

On July 29, 2025, Twilio Voice experienced call failures in Mexico from 6:46 AM to 10:52 AM PT. Some customers calling between certain numbers within Mexico were impacted. The issue is now resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Ooredoo network in Myanmar. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failure for messages on Metfone, Viettel, Beeline & Sotelco network in Cambodia. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery failures when sending messages to U Mobile network in Malaysia. This incident has been resolved.

We’re creating the notification comms in reference to a planned maintenance in all regions between 9:00 PM PST to 11:59PM Pacific Time on 07/29/2025. Since the reboot have been completed, we’re resolving this proactive communication. Systems are operational.
