We continue to investigate the issue causing SMS delivery failures when sending messages from the AT&T Network in the US to a subset of Twilio's numbers. Because we expect this issue may take some time to resolve, we have opted to reach out to impacted customers directly about this issue while we investigate and we'll continue to provide updates through that channel instead of our status page. We will mark this incident resolved on the status page but will send any further updates through the direct communications channel.
Twilio Verify was degraded for 15 minutes between 15:41 and 15:56 Pacific Time on 03/27/2025. During this period, customers may have experienced increased latencies and 5xx errors when creating verifications with the Email channel of Twilio Verify. The issue has now been resolved.
We experienced calls quality issue to a subset of Twilio Australia Toll free numbers starting at 5:00 PM PST March 26th and ending at 6:00 AM PST March 27th. Users may have experienced call quality issues during this time. The issue has now been resolved.
