Twilio Lookup V2 was degraded for 4 days between 01/22 to 01/26. During this period of time customers may have experienced 60606 errors for packages SIM Swap and Identity Match. The issue has now been resolved.
Twilio VIDEO - Realtime Transcriptions & Group Rooms was degraded for 28 minutes between 05:34 - 06:02 Pacific Time on 01/20/2026. During this period of time, some customers failed to connect to Group Rooms using voice calls and some were unable to use Video Transcriptions. The issue has now been resolved.
