We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays to Small Networks in USA for a Subset of Short Codes. This incident has been resolved.

We determined this incident is related to another active incident we are investigating. We will resolve this incident as a duplicate.

We have fully investigated the Flex Admin Console errors issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to one customer, who has been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

API errors toward multiple networks in multiple countries has been resolved and the Lookup API is operating normally at this time.

We have identified that this incident has the same root cause as another open incident resulting in SMS delivery delays in the United States, and are resolving this duplicate.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Gamma Telecom Network in the United Kingdom. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to multiple networks in Colombia in a subset of long codes. This incident has been resolved.

We are now observing full recovery with Lookup v2 that was resulting in high latency responses for requests in some countries. The issue has been resolved and the service is functioning normally at this time.
