We are no longer experiencing MMS delivery delays when sending messages to Multiple Networks in the US from a Subset of Shortcodes. This incident has been resolved.

Requests made to the Zipwhip Provisioning API (https://provision.zipwhip.com/api) may have failed during this incident which is now resolved. Time affected was 8:05 PM PT Oct 9 through 9:45 AM PT Oct 10. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Multiple Networks in the US for a Subset of Long Codes. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Zong Network in Pakistan. This incident has been resolved.

We are experiencing US inbound SMS delivery failures to a subset of phone numbers. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.

We are no longer experiencing the issue with the default sender ID being configured unexpectedly. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer seeing SMS delivery delays to Tigo Network in Honduras. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing delays in receiving message delivery reports when sending to Multiple Networks in the US for a Subset of Short Codes. This incident has been resolved.

The incident has been resolved. All pending events with the exception of ~1.82% have been processed. Most of which is likely to be duplicates. The system is back to normal. All customers should be able to access the previously missing data via the API and the UI.
