We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Google Voice Network in US over a subset of short code. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer seeing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to 2degrees in New Zealand via subset of shortcodes. This incident has been resolved.

The issue pertaining to the Twilio Console upgrade flow has been resolved and is operating normally at this time.

We are no longer seeing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Vodacom in South Africa. This incident has been resolved.

The issues affecting Phone Number Inventory Resources in the AU1 region have been resolved and the service is operating normally at this time.

Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with Conversations API for the US region. Customers were impacted from 18:44 to 18:46 UTC due to partial degradation of the service. The issue is mitigated and the engineers are investigating the root cause.

We have fully investigated the potential issue with Flex UI Agent Experience triggered by our automated alert, and it was determined that there is no noticeable customer impact. All systems are operational.

We are still experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to ETL Network in Laos, We have reached out to all impacted customers individually for further follow-ups.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delay and failures to & from Multiple Networks in Canada. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio Programmable Message was degraded for 2 minutes between 21:10 UTC and 21:12 UTC on 03/04/2025. During this period of time customers may have received 500's in the API response when attempting to send a message. The issue has now been resolved.
