We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to Telefonica Network in Mexico. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio Conversations was degraded for 7 minutes between 16:08 and 16:15 Pacific Time. During this period of time, customers may have received 500 Error Responses from Conversations API and potentially in the Conversations SDK. This issue has now been resolved.

Twilio Alarms was degraded on 03/17/2025. During this period several alerted alarms were not delivered to customers. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to Vodafone network in Egypt. This incident has been resolved.

Twilio Messaging Service product was degraded for 6 minutes between 11:56pm and 12:02am Pacific Time on 03/20/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced problem with Messaging services. The issue has now been resolved.

We are no longer seeing SMS delivery delay to multiple countries In South Africa. This incident has been resolved.

The issues with WhatsApp template message approvals has been resolved and is operating normally at this time. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer seeing call failures from Canadian Network Subscribers to a subset of Twilio's Toll Free Numbers. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delay and failures to HI3G Network in Denmark. This incident has been resolved.
