Twilio Messaging was degraded for 3 minutes between 03:41 and 03:44 Pacific Time on 07/16/2025. During this period of time customers using AWS SNS may have experienced failed messaging callbacks. The issue has now been resolved.
The issue causing a delay in completion of transcriptions and operator results with a subset of customers with predictive operators enabled is now resolved and Conversation Intelligence is now operating normally.
