We have fully investigated the delay in processing inbound email messages in Conversations and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.
The issue has been resolved and invoking the webhook for outgoing caller IDs resource verification is operating normally at this time.
