We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays and failures when sending messages to and From AT&T Mexico. This incident has been resolved.

We have fully investigated the delay in processing inbound email messages in Conversations and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers, who have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

The issue has been resolved and invoking the webhook for outgoing caller IDs resource verification is operating normally at this time.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to multiple small carriers in United States of America. This incident has been resolved.

We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Telefonica and Tigo Network in El Salvador . This incident has been resolved.

The issue affecting inbound calls to Twilio phone numbers in Belgium has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

We are no longer experiencing MMS/SMS delivery delays when sending messages to SMS delivery when sending messages to and from Twilio numbers in the United States of America and Canada. This incident has been resolved.
