The incident has been resolved and SMS delivery from a subset of Twilio Long Codes to One NZ network subscribers in New Zealand is operating normally.

On Jul 28th, from 02:03:40 UTC to 02:13:30 UTC, Verify settings in the Twilio Console were degraded. Actions related with template management, webhooks management, geopermissions and fraud guard configuration were unavailable in the US1 region.

This incident is now resolved.

Retroactive Incident - Our engineers have investigated and resolved the issues with delays with Legacy API marketing campaigns. On Friday July 31, 2026 from 9:52 AM PT to 10:12 AM PT a subset of customers may have experienced delays sending Legacy Marketing campaigns when using the API or SendGrid UI. There was no data loss during this incident. The issue has been resolved and all impacted services are operating normally.

We are no longer seeing an increase in API failures on multiple Twilio APIs. This incident has been resolved.
