Twilio callback-service was degraded for 43 minutes between 03:18 and 04:01 Pacific Time on 03/11/2025. During this period of time customers may have experienced failed webhook callbacks for a small percentage (<1%) of their calls or videos. The issue has now been mitigated, while the team continues root cause investigation.
