We are no longer experiencing SMS delivery delays to multiple networks in Ireland via subset of long code. This incident has been resolved.

The Twilio Programmable Messaging API was partially degraded starting from Sep 9th, 2025, 17:04 PM PST to 17:01 PM PST for 1 minute. Customers may have received elevated volumes of 5xx's error codes.

Gather speech using Google was degraded for 19 minutes 1:36 pm PST and 1:55 pm Pacific Time on 09/09/2025. Twilio accounts may not have been be able to capture speech using . The issue has now been resolved.

We continue experiencing SMS Delivery Delays to Claro Network in Brazil. We reached out individually to all impacted customers with detailed follow-ups. This incident will be marked as resolved on the Statuspage, and any further updates will be communicated via email to impacted customers.

Customers experienced an Internal Server error when making a payment on the Twilio Console between 11:39 PST to 11:50 PST. This issue has been resolved and customers can attempt to make a manual payment on the Twilio Console.
