Multiple customers in India were incorrectly charged taxes during the January end-of-month cycle. On January 28th, a tax ID revalidation caused many tax exemption flags to be incorrectly removed. Our team is actively investigating the root cause with our tax platform team. We expect to provide another update in 24 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
During the timeframe from 23:15 UTC to 23:38 UTC on 2/11, 1% of Conversations API requests were unable to be processed. This included, but was not limited to, the creation of new Conversations, sending Messages, and adding Participants to Conversations.
We are no longer seeing an increase in latency and errors in Sync Platform which could lead to latency in receiving updates to applications using Conversations SDK, Sync SDK and Flex SDK. This issue is now resolved.
We are no longer seeing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to DigiTel C.A. Network in Venezuela (Bolivarian Republic). This incident is now resolved.
